Jim Stidman began  experimenting with this technology when approached by an architect whose  client was allergic to the urea and formaldehyde glues used in  traditional building materials.

• Fibrecrete® structures are  composed of sustainable prefabricated panels using a patent-pending formula of  Portland cement, wood fiber and proprietary ingredients.  
• Fibrecrete’s® unique viscous  material is poured into forms to create the panels, facilitating  customized design: Spanish arches, doorways, windows, etc.  
• Block-outs along the base of the panels create space for easy routing of electrical conduit and switches.   
• Panels are raised into place,  then welded to supporting structures with steel wire mesh or perimeter  angle iron imbedded in the panels.

Research done in numerous  countries shows conclusively that wood fiber and cement bond inseparably  at the molecular level with unsurpassed strength. Adding our  proprietary ingredients produces a product that is resistant to natural  disasters, infestations, mold and mildew.
